dino/water book

A teacher is looking for a book about dinos and water.  A theme of the
book is that the same water we have here on earth was here in the time of
the dinosaurs.  She thinks it was in the "water section" not the
"dinosaur section" (teachers are so cute when they try to speak Dewey;)
Anyone have a title or a clue about this book?
