Filemaker Pro for School Libraries

Does anyone know if it is feasible to use Filemaker Pro for all the
functions of the library from cataloguing to circulation, barcodes and all?
The program seems to have all the capability, including instant web access
for union catalogs, and would be a great alternative for small rural
schools for whom the big commercial turnkey system (Follet, etc.) are far
too expensive to even consider.

If you know of anyone who is using Filemaker in this way or knows of any
available template, I would appreciate hearing from you.
