GEN:Was anyone else annoyed?

Dear Lm_Netters,

thought!).  In the pile was a glossy magazine-type ad from Advantage

Learning Systems.  One of the articles REALLY bothers me.  There is a
profile of Ruth Manke, a library clerk for 18 years - and probably a nice
lady - who is being given all kinds of professional responsiblities.  Now I
know some districts do this, but to see a national company promoting it
just annoys me to no end.  Did anyone else see it?  Any comments?
