New Media Center

I am looking for input/suggestions for the expansion of my Media Center.
 Our school is undergoing renovation/construction from a 6-8 to a 4-8
configuration and the Media Center is to be enlarged.  If you have
undergone renovations and did things that you wish you didn't or didn't
do things that you wished you did, I'd appreciate hearing them.  Any
success stories would be helpful as well.  I'll be meeting with the
architects beginning tomorrow and they are looking for my immediate
input!  Thanks for your help and on such short notice.
