Need multicultural books for bibliography K-8

My district library meeting is on the fifth of February and I am on a
committee to present.  I need some help.  This is my third year at my
present school and I don't think much multicultural ordering had been
done earlier.  I promised I'd provide for our meeting, a bibliography of
books for K-8 that feature African American characters and Asian
American characters.  These would be fiction or easy books only.
Please help if you can.  I want new copyrights--from 1992 on.
