Dear Group, During this past summer, one of the lm_net members posted a notice about a court case in which the Disney Corporation sued a teacher who had a poster purchased from Disneyland on her bulletin board in her classroom. The person who posted it stated that the school district's fine was $600,000. Does anyone know the particulars about this case? I would appreciate knowing whether it is factual or rumor. I try to keep up on copyright issues, but people always seem to find the cloudy areas. Thanks for your help on this issue.
