copyright question

I, too, am always interested in copyright questions.  Here is one:  The
art teacher in my building wants to take a picture of an art print
(digital Camera) and put that picture on a vcr tape or project it on the
TV from the Camera.  Is this legal?  Can you also scan a small print and
use it in a computer demonstration in art class.  Please respond to my
