Garbled message

Dear List,

I have tried to send my 7 habits via Lm_net and recievers keep telling me that
inserted into my text are wierd characters.  Does anyone have an idea what it
could be?  Mr Milbury - I would have emailed you directly but I forgot your
email address.

I am using a Mac with a first class e-mail system.  I have written the document
in Clarisworks and I copy and paste it into the email message.  Maybe the
problem is with the Claris copy and paste?  If this message isn't garbled then
that would seem to be proof.

That might mean unfortunately, I have to retype each habit in the email
message?
