Dear Lisa - Jack Finney wrote a book called *Marian's Wall* about
a young couple who "discover" or are "discovered" by a ghost of a young
movie starlet who was murdered...they seek to solve the mystery after
all these years (written in the 70's I think).

But...I don't remember if there are adult situations in the book or
not...I do remember that she was a "typical" Hollywood of the 20's or
30's type. So maybe it's not the best choice...depends on the student I
guess.

I also remember that it had lots of interesting info on archiving movie
film...maybe THAT's why I thought it was so good...it had a "library" in
it.
