Re: Block Scheduling & Department Heads' Responsibilities

To those of you who are using some form of block scheduling, what are the
responsiblities of your deparment heads?  For example, do they evaluate people
in their departments?  Do they have any responsibilites different from those
they had when y'all (yes, I'm Southern) weren't on the Block?  Thanks for any
info you can give me.  Our Vice Principal would like to see what other schools
are doing?  (We will start the Block in 2 years)
