The new Standards documents (two separate books were released by ALA Editions
at the ALA conference last weekend) are available through several sources.
First, any attendee of the 6/29 Affiliate Assembly workshop might likely have
a copy. Those attending the ALA Store might have a copy. And thirdly, those
attending the July 30- August 2 AECT Summer Leadership Conference will be able
to obtain a copy. I have autographed personal copies from the ALA Conference
and am obtaining additional copies for my New England AECT Affiliate officers
at the AECT Summer conference. Contact and purchasing information is below.
Both books were ALA hot sellers, completely sold out at the ALA Store upon
release.

The conference begins with some Division Board Meetings and Committee
Meetings on Thursday morning, July 30.  First Timer's Orientation is
