GEN: Public Relations -- Departmental & Team Memos

The alternative being housework, I updated my "welcome to a new school
year" memo today.  After eight years of doing it on a computer, it finally
dawned on me that I can do one memo, then add different information for
each department and teaching team.   After all, personalized memos are
more likely to be read.  Thought I'd pass the suggestion along in case I'm
not the only one who hasn't thought of such a simple way to improve PR.
