SEC: Net Sign-in

     I have to monitor student Net use starting next year with a
sign-in sheet by each computer.
     If you have anything like this, I'd like to know info you ask
for and how you make it successful.
     Is it a general computer-use sign-in or just Internet?  Time on
or sites visited?
