TECH: Winnebago ver.6.7

Comrades -
Upgraded to version 6.7 a few weeks ago - love its new
features....but now at inventory time, my portable won't upload to
it.  I also have changed servers since last inventory...so not sure
if it is computer or new version problem.  The reader works just fine
on a computer in one of our other libraries (which hasn't been
upgraded to the latest version)

 Have had several support people at Winnebago try to help.  Their
final analysis is that it must be comport on my machine.  Have tried
both Com 1 (mouse) and Com 2....seems odd that neither port would
work...AND I did make sure settings were switched when I did try
different Com ports.

I am wondering if anyone else who has this version has been
successful at doing inventory with portable bar-wand unit.  If so,
did you need to change anything?

Also, have misplaced the address for subscribing to their
listserv...anyone have that handy?
