Dear LM_Netters, I work in a high school library and a faculty member in the English department asked me for the address for SRA--I think that is Science Research Association, and they used to be in Chicago, but I don't have an address for them. I used the program as a child and I know my own children used it in gradeschool, but I don't remember receiving anything in the mail--catalogs or flyers--related to this program. I looked in some acronym finders on the Internet to confirm that I have the correct name and the acronym SRA is not related to any information about reading. Then I tried going the other way and looked up reading information and asked for related acronyms. That didn't help either. Searches at virtual reference desks and with search engines have not been productive. Do you have an address? Are they still in business? Do they have a program for high schoolers? Do you have programs for high schoolers you recommend? I gave him info on Accelerated Reader.
