Gen: Bilingual collections

We will begin an automation process in a couple of weeks.  Our library is
bilingual, English/Spanish.  The collection has been separated and now we
wonder if we should integrate the collection.  The Spanish books do have
green labels and so there is a way to distinguish them.  What are the pros
and cons on this?
