I have a small but growing collection of non-English titles [Spanish,
French, Russian]. Because they are such a small percentage of my
collection I keep them in a separate place. I fear that if I filed them
in the general collection they would be overlooked, even though they
are marked with an orange dot. I suppose it would depend on the number
of  titles in foreign languages in the collection. Automating the
collection will not require them to be housed in any particular place.
You could keep them where thay are now
