I feel the following question is a valid one...

"Dear Friends,
        I don't know about you but why are people making such a big deal about
this?"

I also feel it needs an answer.  I may be the only one who feels this way,
so I'm going to make an attempt to answer it.  Maybe the reason we discuss
things like this that to some seem so trivial, is that it helps us to see
through other's eyes.  I've read this thread as I read most threads, in a
very nonjudgemental way and as a result I've seen other sides to this
discussion that I'd have never considered otherwise.  If we are truly
interested in offering information to others we should never shun it
ourselves.  Understanding how others feel and why they feel that way makes
us more....human?

It all comes down to the use of words...the only thing that we have as we
sit at these computers and try to communicate with each other.
