You're the Reason

I had a wonderful phone call this afternoon. I was notified that I'd
been selected as the Young Adult Librarian of the Year  ( I think that
is the correct title) from the Texas Library Association. This is only
my second year as a school librarian, so I am in shock.

I owe so much to LM_NET and the generous librarians out there who supply
me with ideas, share bibilographies, answer questions, and make me look
good at school. At least once a day a teacher or student will say, "how
do you know so many things"?  I just smile and say "I have great
friends." So to all my great LM_NET friends -- you share this honor with
me. I can't imagine how any librarian can function without your support
and knowledge.
