A ninth grade student turned in the following poem: ********************************** Remember So much of life we all pass by With heedless ear and careless eye bent with their cares they prod along blind to the beauty, deaf to the song. But moments there are when we pause to rest and turn our eyes from the goal's far crest, we become aware of the wayside flowers and sense God's hand in this world of ours. ************************************** Her teacher came to me and enlisted my help to find the real source as he believes this student could not possibly have written this poem (based on past performance.) My older Grangers index did not list it, nor did any other index. I've been through every poetry book I have. Can anyone help? One person suggested a greeting card or even "Ideals" but I'm stumped.
