ELEM: Keypal for Portugese student

Friends--We have a third grade, Portugese, female student who desperately needs
to connect with a keypal.  She is very alone right now.  Do you have anyone on
the elementary level who might be willing to correspond with her?  Our young
lady would be using a teacher's email account so that all of their
correspondence would be monitored.  Let me know if you can help.
