Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans

Hi Folks,

I need to know if "The Anthology of Poetry for young Americans" is a
legitimate book. A teacher in my school submitted poems and was told
that 2 were accepted. She received a mailing to purchase copies of the
book. I t is published by The American Academy of Poetry in Asheboro,
NC.  Is this a good publication to showcase young poets or is it a
mainly a money making scheme? If you have any experience with this
publication, please let me know your opinion of it. TIA
