 My daughter was published (I'm proud to say) in this Anthology two years ago.  I 
had no
problem with what they charged, and there were no "strings" attached.  We bought 
the copies
we bought because we wanted to have them.  There was no hard sell.  As far as I can 
tell,
APYA is legit.  I know it made my daughter and her grandparents tickled to see her
published.
