TARGET: need publisher

I'm looking for the publisher of a history text entitled (according to the
teacher who asked about it) "The History of Us".  Our BIP is from 1993, and
it isn't listed there.  If you recognize this title and can provide the
publisher information, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks very much.
