In regard to the suggestion listed below:

It was my understanding that this was against the copyright law.  If you
type out the Table of Contents each time and distribute it is supposed to
be allowed.  Copying the Table of Contents and distributing it on a
regualr basis is not allowed.  Also copying articles on a regular basis
is also not allowed.  Please correct me if I am wrong.  Thank You.
