ELEM: need book about exclusion for 4th grade boys

One of the counselors asked me for a book she can read with a group of 4th
grade boys that includes issues of inclusion and exclusion (friendships).
I found one that would be perfect, _Stick Boy_ by Joan Zeier.  The main
character is coming into a new school, gets teased because he is so skinny,
deals with the class bully and tries to make friends.  But alas, it is out
of print and we'd need a couple of copies for three or four months (so
borrowing from a library is out).  Do you know of a title that fits the
bill AND is in print?
