SEC: State laws

Hello all.
I am looking for web sites to give a business law teacher who is interested
in having students compare the legal statutes from different states. Are
there any web sites that anyone can suggest that will address similarities
or disparities in laws from state to state?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA
