TARGET: Professional Reading: Hot Picks for 1998?

Question #1
What are the titles of the "hot" professional books that have been
published in 1998?  I would like to add them to my professional
collection.

Question #2 - In which periodical do you find the "best" reviews of
professional titles?  Does anyone know of a good non commercial web
site that reviews professinal titles? I am familiar with the Education
Week/Teacher Magazine site that is excellent.  Are there any that are
similiar?
