Looking for mouse book

I am looking for a children's book, published in Great Britain, I
believe, about a mouse architect.  Her name is Harriet (?) and she
designed houses appropriate for all sorts of animals.  The pictures were
fascinating.  It has to be at least 10-15 years old, maybe older.  Can
anyone help me on this?
