        Yes, I have a substitute when we have an author visit.  There are
many details to work out that day and help set up equipment as well as
arrange for book signings etc.  I coordinate it all and do not have a
spare moment let alone have time for my regularly scheduled classes.  If the
author is speaking before smaller groups in the library the substitute
has library in the classrooms that day.  Hope this is helpful -
