Discounted or Free Web Sites

    Does anyone know of any web site provider that offers discounted or
free space to schools.  We currently have our site on a service that
charges us around $160.00 for ten megs of space.  I know you can have
free space on geocities, xoom and others but my district told me we
could not have a site that carries advertising.  I recall that someone
said they had free space on Bellsouth but know one there knew about the
free program. Any suggestions?
