Hi all,
I just had a question from a friend who asked the following :
"We are looking
at installing a media distribution system that would be district-wide.
We would serve all 12 (K-12) district schools from one location. I have
heard that videos used on such a system must have "broadcast" rights.
Is this the type of question folks post on LM_NET? I need to know where
I can find copyright information regulating such systems. I know that
we could use a video on a building system with no further licensing, but
understand that is not true if you use them on district-wide
distribution sytems."
If any of you know the definitive answer to this, please let me know.
