Target: overhead problems

I have a few overheads that have problems that maybe the rest of you
have faced.

The overheads when projected straight ahead (no keystoning) have either
shades of blue at the top and/or shades of brown at the bottom.  One
also does not focus at the bottom if the top is in focus.

Anyone have any ideas??
