I agree.  Our teachers use the videos as instruction in the classroom,
and students only check them out if they have missed the presentation.
Teachers let us know or the teacher sends it home with the student
themselves.  Never do we just check it out to a student who wants it.
If a class is doing research, we have a TV/VCR in the library and they
take notes from it there.  it works fine for us.
