PARENT INVOLVEMENT

Hello,
I am a secondary school teacher-librarian.  I presently have a library
committee.  I have five teachers on the committee.  I would like to get
more parent involvement and form a group like Friends of the Library.
Has anyone had any experience in such matters?  If so, I would really
appreciate any feedback.  How do you get parents involved in the library
program?  Thank you.
