Looking for distance learning Ed.Graduate Program

I have been noticing that there has been some discussion about distance
learning.  My brother is looking for a distance learning program that will
enable him to complete his Master's in Education online. He is currently
living in Maryland, therefore a program that is based in that area would be
ideal.
If anyone has heard of any programs i would greatly appreciate an E-mail.
