LM_NET: Library Media Networking

We are in the process of automating our library on Unison.  I had hoped
to have it finished by this time but have run into some unexpected
delays.  Classes will begin coming in on Monday for orientation and
check out.  How do I accumulate and record the check out data manually
for the purpose of keeping circulation statistics?  My last library was
automated so I never worried about this sort of thing.   Also, when I do
finish automating (by November, I hope!) I will of course have the
reporting functions of Unison.  What do I do with the circulation data
collected previous to automating?   Is there a way to enter it into
Unison so I have an accurate report for my year end reports?  Or will I
have to add it all up manually?  I tried the archives but couldn't find
anything that answered my questions. I am in a PK-5 school of about 420
students.  Grades PK-2 are on a fixed schedule, others flex.  We have
approximately 35 fourth and fifth graders who will be participating in
Accelerated Reader.  Thanks for any help you can give on such short
notice!
