2 questions

Hello,  I'm gathering information for future planning for our school's
technology committee.  I would appreciate any comments.Thanks for your time.

  1.  In the ongoing discussion of  classroom computers VS. computers
in lab settings, which works best? (I know there are many variables,
but based on what you've seen in your various schools, which has
proven to be best for students and teachers?)

  2.  How does your district handle computer maintenance/repair?
      (have tech. person on staff, contract it out, etc.)
