I can think of a good one I used a few years ago, but it is not teachers
and students.  It was a Joyce Berry story (What to do when your mom and
dad say "Don't Slurp your soup - series") about pen pals, one is black and
the other handicapped. An interesting look at prejudice. May have been
titled the "Blue Letter"
