The Catawba County Schools anticipates openings for school library media
coordinators for the coming school year.  Interested persons are being
sought now.

Catawba County is located in the foothills on western North Carolina.  It is
situtiated so that within an hour one could be at the ski slopes or within a
little over four hours, at the beach.

All media centers in the system are automated with Follett Unison.  All
schools have at least a 256K connection to the Internet, a computer in each
classroom, and labs for instructional use.
