Here is my attempt to answer...
Why we keep getting the Happy 99 attachment or Aren't we Happy enough yet?

This is because of the way the Happy99.exe works.

If a person is infected with the Happy99.exe (which they would be if they
had opened the attachment) then each e-mail they send out will have the
Happy99.exe attached to it.

So basically Kurt needs to clean up his computer, and so would anyone
else who sends e-mail to the list (and a Happy99.exe is found attached
to it.) Those of us that receive Happy99.exe just need to NOT open the
attachment and we won't infect ourselves or anyone else with it.
