My principal is WONDERFUL!!!!  I truly feel that we are partners in
education.  She strongly supports me and the library program, listens to
new ideas and suggestions, and ALWAYS allows me to "soar to new
heights."  She even dresses up and reads to the students.  I think deep
down she has a burning desire to be a librarian.

She is a dream!!!  I love to just talk with her about new ideas and ways
to encourage the usage of the library (which is already very good). We
brainstorm a lot!  Sometimes I'll look up during a lesson and she will
be there observing and/or helping the kiddos. She even participated in
the AR slumber party in the library.  We are a TEAM! She believes that
libraries and librarians can make a BIG DIFFERENCE in our schools.
