HP Deskjet 680C--Thanks!

Eight Q tips, a bowl of bottled water, and lots of helpful messages,
later my HP 680C is printing like a charm!! Thank you.  I followed the
advice of several of you and went to the HP website.  I followed the
directions printed there and ! VOILA ! my printer prints very nicely
now.  I've said it before and I'll say it again--what a great group
of folks you are.  I couldn't do it without you all.  Thank you!!
