REF: Locating Adolescent Literature by Subject & Age

Dear LM_Netters,

I have searched the Web for hours looking specifically for books for middle
(ages 14-15) and late adolescents (ages 16-19) about the Great Depression.
I was able to locate 9 titles.  To get an age recommendation I searched
Amazon.com - unfortunately, they only list them as YA!  I need to know the
specific age recommendation.  Does anyone know of a source that would give
me this information?

Also, are you aware of a source for adolescent literature that lists titles
by subject?

I will gladly post a hit -- thanks in advance!
