Library Ghost?

For those of you who are at loose ends tonight, my son sent me this webcam
reference, supposedly from a "haunted" library in Indiana:
http://www.knoxstudio.com/ghostcam/ghost/cam.html.  The "evidence"
submitted took a long time to download and I couldn't locate a background
narrative.  Take it with a grain of salt.
