TECH: Printer error

A new version of my circ/cat program was just installed on my
machine and my printer is giving me an error (I use windows95)
when I try to print out of any program.  I have a parallel scanner
connected through the parallel port and it is working just fine.  I am
also able to print to another printer on the network.  Any help will
be appreciated as who knows when the tech people will show up!
(I have tried rebooting the system.)

It says "Epirpe 10  - an error has occured in your program.."
