TARGET: ELEM: art computer program

My art teacher would like to purchase an interactive computer art
program to use with grades 3 - 5. The subject(s) could be art
appreciation, art history, various artists, or the elements of art
(color, shapes, etc.) She only has 1 computer in her room so this
would be used by students who have finished their work early or who
would benefit from an enrichment project. The students would have
access in 10 - 15 minute blocks.

Is anyone familiar with any CD ROM program that would meet these specifications?
