ADM: Is Ebsco enough?

Dear LM_Netter's:

As a district we have had trouble with downloads from the Internet.  I
especially do not want music videos and games on the library workstations.
We have IBM workstations on a WIN NT network with a T1 line.  We are using
the screen door filter.


My question is do you think my library could get by just using Ebsco?  Out
state contract includes a health, animal, encyclopedia, and periodical
database.
