GEN: Interview questions for assistant

My principal just asked for 2 - 3 questions I would like to ask a potential
library assistant.  I am not sure if I will get to sit in on the interview.
My two requirements for an assistant are initiative and ability to get
along with people (teachers and students).  Does anyone have an idea of
good questions.  I know there is probably some stuff in the archives and I
will look after school, but I have a full day of classes.  Thanks for any
ideas.
