You're looking at 2 different possibilities here. There is hardware
that allows connecting multiple MONITORS to a single PC ... you of
course have cables to each.

ASSUMING these are all on a LAN, network remote control software
exists, some of which allows "one to many" capability. The advantage
and disadvantage of this is that the clients are still active and
keys can be used. I don't know details of whether this can be
disabled for a session.

Some of the remote control applications (gleaned from a PC Magazine
online review) are ...

Close Up, www.norton-lambert.com
Compaq Carbon Copy, www.compaq.com
CoSession Remote, www.artisoft.com
LapLink for Window, www.travsoft.com
NetOp for Windows, www.4ctc.com
pcAnywhere32, www.symantec.com
Proxy 2.2, www.funk.com
RapidRemote, www.quarterdeck.com
ReachOut Enterprise, www.stac.com
Remotely Possible, www.cai.com
Timbuktu Pro, www.netopia.com

They gave pcAnywhere32 their editor's choice, but their PRIMARY
concerns included dialup and file transfer, neither of which would be
applicable to your need.

Before you contact these, you will want to know your network
operating system (NetWare, WinNT, other), version, and protocol used
(IP, IPX, other). It will not matter if you are using ethernet,
Token Ring, or one of the newer higher speed connections. You will
also need to know the operating system on the teacher's station and
on the clients.  In MY OPINION you want all clients to be identical;
else, setup will be a bear.

When you've finished your research, post the results and opinions;
this is an area that I see much opportunity in the application of
technology in the school setting, and it hasn't been well used from
what I've seen.
